The fault phenomenon

After starting up the S2000 machine, an error warning appears, indicating that need to insert the disk. After starting up the machine, it occurs being disturbed on the ultrasonic two-dimensional interface.


Failure analysis

Since the machine needs to insert the disk after startup, it can enter the ultrasonic two-dimensional interface and judge the fault of the machine system software.After reinstalling the machine system software, restart the machine, and the machine will no longer remind you to insert the disk. However, interference still exists after entering the ultrasonic working interface.Since the interference phenomenon of switching all probe machines still exists, when the machine is moved to another room for starting test, the interference phenomenon still occurs after entering the ultrasonic interface. The possible fault caused by external interference and caused by the probe,then we consider it should be caused by the internal plate of the machine or the power supply.In the S2000 machine, TR plate, namely transmitting and receiving plate, is responsible for generating waveform and simulating the echo signal received by the probe. If TR plate fails, it is most likely to cause interference to the machine.



There are 3 TR plates in S2000 machine. If the number of faults of TR plate cannot be determined, it can only be eliminated by replacing TR plate. After replacing TR plate at TR0 position, there will be no interference after the machine starts up and enters the ultrasonic two-dimensional interface.
Generally, the reason for the failure of the machine can be inferred from the fault phenomenon, so as to effectively improve the maintenance efficiency, but this needs the maintenance personnel to have a full understanding of the structure and working principle of the machine.
