Aloka Alpha 10 Related Information
1. Technical characteristics
Alpha 10 uses revolutionary front-end processing technology, which is an important milestone in the process of improving image quality. Its complete crystal control technology achieves complete control of the vibration of the ultrasonic chip through a composite pulse wave generator, thus greatly improving the spatial resolution and contrast resolution of the image.
High-precision time delay control suppresses side-lobe artifacts, significantly improves the signal-to-noise ratio, and further ensures the clarity and accuracy of image quality.
Alpha 10 is equipped with a composite array probe, which combines the latest materials science and probe cutting technology to achieve three-dimensional matrix focusing, further improving the spatial resolution and contrast resolution of the image.
The probe can transmit ultrasound information to the system without loss and store raw data (including velocity, scattering, phase and brightness information), which provides a solid foundation for various subsequent prospective analyses.
Alpha 10 complies with the DICOM3.0 standard and can realize network storage, printing and transmission, and realize the sharing of information and data with medical information collection systems and hospital information systems (HIS).
Its processing and analysis of raw radio frequency data can enable ultrasound systems and data analysis to reach the micron level. For example, the early detection technology of vascular lesions, e-TRACKING, has analytical data accurate to 0.01mm.
2. Clinical application
Alpha 10 uses blood vessel echo tracking technology (E-TRACKING) to quantitatively analyze the stiffness of blood vessels before organic changes occur in the blood vessel wall, thereby enabling early detection of arteriosclerosis.
This technology is of great significance for the general survey of cerebral infarction, the evaluation of post-treatment effects, and the prevention of arteriosclerosis.
Alpha 10 provides a Tei index component for assessing overall cardiac function changes in systole and diastole. This indicator does not depend on the geometry of the heart and valve regurgitation, and can accurately and simply assess cardiac function.
Fetal cardiac malformation screening:
Combining TEI and FAM technologies, Alpha 10 can more accurately screen for fetal cardiac malformations and provide important clinical diagnostic basis.
Alpha 10 is also widely used in the display of fine blood perfusion in tumors of superficial organs, renal parenchymal blood flow and infection processes, as well as in patients undergoing coronary artery-internal mammary artery bypass grafting and various vascular surgeries with autogenous and artificial bypass vessels. Post-ultrasound follow-up examination and diagnosis of dissecting aneurysms of the carotid artery, abdominal aorta, etc.
